Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse Licensure and two years of clinical nursing experience required. Bachelor degree with CCM certification preferred; willingness to pursue CCM required. Previous case management and experience preferred. Understanding of Ohio managed care organization services and Ohio workers' compensation knowledge preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required, including attention to detail, problem solving skills, strategic planning and critical thinking abilities.
